Description

A hearty bacon cheeseburger rice stack layered with seasoned ground beef, crispy bacon, fluffy rice, and melted cheese—comfort food packed into a satisfying stacked presentation.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup long-grain white rice
  • 2 cups water or beef broth
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp yellow mustard
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • Fresh parsley or green onions for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Cook rice in water or broth according to package instructions; fluff and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add onion and sauté for 2–3 minutes until softened.
  4. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Add ground beef, breaking it up, and cook until browned.
  6. Season with paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  7. Stir in ketchup and mustard; cook for 1–2 minutes.
  8. Remove from heat and mix in half of the crumbled bacon.
  9. To assemble, place a layer of rice in a serving ring or bowl.
  10. Add a layer of beef mixture, then sprinkle with cheese.
  11. Repeat layers, finishing with cheese and remaining bacon.
  12. Garnish and serve warm.

  • Use a ring mold for clean stacked layers.
  • You can bake briefly to melt cheese if desired.
  • Swap cheddar for American or mozzarella.
