Description
Baked Cranberry Brie Bites are flaky puff pastry cups filled with creamy brie and sweet-tart cranberry sauce, baked until golden—perfect for holiday entertaining.
Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 8 oz brie cheese, cut into small cubes
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (whole berry or jellied)
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)
- 1 tbsp chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
- Fresh rosemary for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a mini muffin pan.
- Cut the puff pastry into 24 small squares and press each square into the muffin cups.
- Place a cube of brie in each pastry cup.
- Top each with a small spoonful of cranberry sauce.
- Optional: drizzle with honey and sprinkle nuts on top.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes or until the pastry is puffed and golden.
- Garnish with rosemary and serve warm.
Notes
- Use cold puff pastry for easier cutting and shaping.
- Apricot or fig jam can replace cranberry sauce for variety.
- Best served warm, but can be reheated in the oven for 5 minutes.
