Description

Baked Cranberry Brie Bites are flaky puff pastry cups filled with creamy brie and sweet-tart cranberry sauce, baked until golden—perfect for holiday entertaining.

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 8 oz brie cheese, cut into small cubes
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (whole berry or jellied)
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)
  • 1 tbsp chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
  • Fresh rosemary for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a mini muffin pan.
  2. Cut the puff pastry into 24 small squares and press each square into the muffin cups.
  3. Place a cube of brie in each pastry cup.
  4. Top each with a small spoonful of cranberry sauce.
  5. Optional: drizzle with honey and sprinkle nuts on top.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until the pastry is puffed and golden.
  7. Garnish with rosemary and serve warm.

Notes

  • Use cold puff pastry for easier cutting and shaping.
  • Apricot or fig jam can replace cranberry sauce for variety.
  • Best served warm, but can be reheated in the oven for 5 minutes.
