Description

Big Mac Wraps are a fun and easy twist on the classic burger, featuring seasoned ground beef, crisp lettuce, pickles, cheese, and a creamy special sauce all wrapped in a soft tortilla.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced pickles
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup Big Mac–style sauce (mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, relish)


Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook ground beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder until browned.
  2. Drain excess grease and set aside.
  3. Warm tortillas slightly to make them pliable.
  4. Lay each tortilla flat and spread a spoonful of sauce in the center.
  5. Add cooked beef, shredded lettuce, cheese, pickles, and onions.
  6. Drizzle with additional sauce if desired.
  7. Fold the sides in and roll tightly into a wrap.
  8. Serve immediately or lightly toast the wraps in a skillet for extra crispness.

Notes
