Description
Big Mac Wraps are a fun and easy twist on the classic burger, featuring seasoned ground beef, crisp lettuce, pickles, cheese, and a creamy special sauce all wrapped in a soft tortilla.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced pickles
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup Big Mac–style sauce (mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, relish)
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook ground beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder until browned.
- Drain excess grease and set aside.
- Warm tortillas slightly to make them pliable.
- Lay each tortilla flat and spread a spoonful of sauce in the center.
- Add cooked beef, shredded lettuce, cheese, pickles, and onions.
- Drizzle with additional sauce if desired.
- Fold the sides in and roll tightly into a wrap.
- Serve immediately or lightly toast the wraps in a skillet for extra crispness.
Notes
- You can substitute ground turkey for a lighter version.
- Add sesame seeds to the wrap for a classic Big Mac touch.
