Description
Blackened Steak & Shrimp Alfredo Delight is a luxurious surf-and-turf pasta dish featuring Cajun-blackened steak and shrimp tossed in a rich, creamy Alfredo sauce over fettuccine.
Ingredients
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), sliced into strips
- 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp blackened or Cajun seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine according to package directions; drain and set aside.
- Season steak slices and shrimp with blackened seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak strips until browned; remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, cook shrimp 1–2 minutes per side until pink; set aside.
- Add butter and garlic to the skillet; sauté 30 seconds.
- Pour in heavy cream and simmer until slightly thickened.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until sauce becomes smooth and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper as needed.
- Add cooked pasta, steak, and shrimp into the sauce; toss gently to coat.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
Notes
- Use freshly grated Parmesan for the best creamy texture.
- Add spinach or sun-dried tomatoes for extra flavor.
- Adjust Cajun seasoning based on desired heat level.
