Description

A crispy, griddle-cooked quesadilla packed with juicy cheeseburger filling, melty cheese, and classic burger flavors, made perfectly on a Blackstone or flat-top grill.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons butter or oil for grilling
  • Optional toppings: diced pickles, cooked bacon bits, diced onions
  • Optional sauce: burger sauce or ketchup & mustard mix

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Blackstone or flat-top griddle to medium-high heat.
  2. Cook ground beef on the griddle, breaking it up and seasoning with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Once beef is fully cooked, remove from heat and set aside.
  4. Lay tortillas on the griddle and lightly butter one side.
  5. On half of each tortilla, add cooked beef, shredded cheeses, and optional toppings.
  6. Fold tortillas over to form quesadillas.
  7. Cook until tortillas are golden brown and cheese is melted, flipping once.
  8. Remove from griddle, slice, and serve hot with dipping sauce.

Notes

  • Use smash-style beef for extra flavor.
  • American cheese can be substituted for extra meltiness.
