Blueberry Brie Jalapeño Poppers are a sweet-and-spicy appetizer featuring fresh jalapeños stuffed with creamy Brie cheese and blueberry filling, then baked until melty and irresistible.
Ingredients
- 10 fresh jalapeño peppers
- 6 oz Brie cheese, rind removed and cut into small pieces
- 1/2 cup blueberry preserves or fresh blueberries, lightly mashed
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Pinch of salt
- Fresh thyme or rosemary (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove seeds and membranes.
- In a bowl, mix Brie cheese, cream cheese, blueberry preserves, honey, and a pinch of salt until combined.
- Spoon the mixture evenly into each jalapeño half.
- Arrange stuffed jalapeños on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, until the peppers are tender and the filling is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh thyme or rosemary if desired and serve warm.

- For extra heat, leave some seeds in the peppers.
