Bruschetta Chicken Pasta is a fresh and flavorful dish that combines tender grilled or sautéed chicken with pasta tossed in a bright bruschetta mix of tomatoes, garlic, basil, balsamic, and olive oil.
Ingredients
- 8 oz pasta (penne, bowtie, or spaghetti)
- 2 cups cooked chicken, sliced or diced
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, combine tomatoes, garlic, basil, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Let marinate 5–10 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and warm the cooked chicken.
- Add cooked pasta and the bruschetta mixture to the skillet; toss gently.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and toss again until warmed through.
- Serve warm or slightly chilled, garnished with extra basil.

- Add fresh mozzarella pearls for a caprese-style version.
- Use grilled chicken for extra smoky flavor.
- For a lighter option, serve over zucchini noodles instead of pasta.
