Description

Buffalo Chicken Bacon Loaded Mozzarella Bombs are crispy, golden bites filled with spicy buffalo chicken, crispy bacon, and gooey mozzarella cheese, perfect as an appetizer or party snack.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • Optional: ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  3. Flatten each biscuit into a small circle using your hands or a rolling pin.
  4. Place a spoonful of buffalo chicken mixture in the center, add mozzarella cheese and crumbled bacon.
  5. Carefully wrap the dough around the filling, pinching edges to seal completely.
  6. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Brush the tops with melted butter.
  8. Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
