Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- Optional: ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
- Flatten each biscuit into a small circle using your hands or a rolling pin.
- Place a spoonful of buffalo chicken mixture in the center, add mozzarella cheese and crumbled bacon.
- Carefully wrap the dough around the filling, pinching edges to seal completely.
- Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with melted butter.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
