Ingredients

  • 1 lb cheese tortellini (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream (optional for extra creaminess)
  • Green onions or parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Cook tortellini according to package directions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
  3. Add Alfredo sauce, buffalo sauce, and heavy cream (if using). Stir until smooth.
