Description

Cheesecake Brownies combine rich, fudgy chocolate brownies with a creamy swirled cheesecake layer, creating a decadent dessert that’s both smooth and indulgent.


Ingredients

    • Brownie Layer:
    • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
    • 1 cup granulated sugar
    • 2 large eggs
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
    • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
    • 1/4 tsp salt
    • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

 

  • Cheesecake Layer:
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. For brownies: Whisk melted butter and sugar together. Add eggs and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Mix in cocoa powder, flour, and salt. Fold in chocolate chips if using. Spread batter in pan.
  4. For cheesecake layer: Beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Spoon cream cheese mixture over brownie batter and swirl with a knife.
  6. Bake 30–35 minutes or until edges are set and center is slightly fudgy.
  7. Cool completely before slicing for clean layers.
