Ingredients

  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Marinara sauce, for dipping


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll pizza dough into a large rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border.
  4. Layer pepperoni evenly over the cheese.
  5. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder on top.
  6. Roll the dough tightly lengthwise into a log and pinch seams to seal.
  7. Place stromboli seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  8. Brush with olive oil and egg wash.
  9. Cut a few slits on top to allow steam to escape.
  10. Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
  11. Cool for 5 minutes, slice, and serve with marinara sauce.
