A savory Chicken Bacon Ranch Stromboli made with tender chicken, crispy bacon, melty cheese, and creamy ranch dressing, all wrapped in golden baked pizza dough.
Ingredients
- 1 lb pizza dough
- 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup ranch dressing
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Optional: chopped green onions or parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll pizza dough into a large rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
- Spread ranch dressing evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border.
- Layer chicken, bacon, mozzarella, and cheddar evenly over the ranch.
- Season with garlic powder and black pepper.
- Carefully roll the dough lengthwise into a log and pinch seams to seal.
- Place seam-side down on the baking sheet, brush with olive oil, and cut small slits on top.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
- Rest 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Let cool slightly before slicing to prevent filling from spilling.
- Serve with extra ranch for dipping.
