Description

A savory Chicken Bacon Ranch Stromboli made with tender chicken, crispy bacon, melty cheese, and creamy ranch dressing, all wrapped in golden baked pizza dough.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Optional: chopped green onions or parsley


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll pizza dough into a large rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Spread ranch dressing evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border.
  4. Layer chicken, bacon, mozzarella, and cheddar evenly over the ranch.
  5. Season with garlic powder and black pepper.
  6. Carefully roll the dough lengthwise into a log and pinch seams to seal.
  7. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet, brush with olive oil, and cut small slits on top.
  8. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Rest 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
