Description
Loaded Chicken Bacon Ranch Subs filled with juicy chicken, crispy bacon, melted cheese, and creamy ranch dressing on toasted hoagie rolls. A satisfying and flavorful sandwich perfect for lunch or dinner.
Ingredients
- 4 hoagie rolls or sub buns
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, sliced or shredded
- 8 slices cooked bacon
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup sliced tomatoes (optional)
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brush inside of hoagie rolls lightly with olive oil and place on a baking sheet.
- Season cooked chicken with garlic powder and black pepper.
- Divide chicken evenly among rolls.
- Top each with two slices of bacon and shredded cheese.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and drizzle ranch dressing over the top.
- Add tomatoes and lettuce if desired, then serve warm.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Toast rolls before adding filling for extra crunch.
- Add red onion slices for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers wrapped and refrigerated for up to 2 days.
