Description
Crispy golden chicken fillets served with a rich, spicy, creamy garlic-Parmesan sauce and a side of fries for a hearty, flavor-packed meal.
Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (fillets)
- 1 cup (120g) all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup (240ml) heavy cream
- 1/2 cup (120ml) chicken broth
- 1 cup (100g) grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp chili flakes (adjust to taste)
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 lb (450g) French fries, cooked
Instructions
- Season chicken fillets with salt, pepper, paprika, cayenne, and garlic powder. Lightly dredge in flour.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken fillets for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth. Stir and bring to a simmer.
- Add Parmesan cheese and chili flakes, stirring until sauce thickens and becomes creamy.
- Return chicken fillets to the skillet, spooning sauce over them. Simmer for 2 minutes to absorb flavors.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve hot with fries on the side.
Notes
- Adjust chili flakes to control the spice level.
- For extra crispiness, double-dredge the chicken before frying.
- Serve fries either on the side or smothered with sauce.
