Description

Cinnamon Roll Cheesecake is a rich and creamy dessert that combines classic cheesecake with swirls of cinnamon sugar filling and a soft, cinnamon-roll-inspired crust—perfect for holidays, brunch, or anytime you crave cozy flavors.

Ingredients

    • Crust:
    • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs or crushed cinnamon cookies
    • 6 tbsp melted butter
    • 2 tbsp sugar

    • Cinnamon Swirl Filling:
    • 1/4 cup butter, melted
    • 1/3 cup brown sugar
    • 1 tbsp cinnamon

    • Cheesecake Filling:
    • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 3 large eggs
    • 1 cup sour cream
    • 1 tbsp vanilla extract

  • Glaze (optional):
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 12 tbsp milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Combine crust ingredients and press firmly into the pan. Bake for 8 minutes and cool.
  3. Mix melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon for the swirl; set aside.
  4. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing gently. Then add sour cream and vanilla.
  6. Pour half the cheesecake batter over the crust.
  7. Drizzle half the cinnamon swirl mixture over the batter and swirl with a knife.
  8. Pour the remaining batter on top, then swirl in remaining cinnamon mixture.
  9. Bake 55–70 minutes, or until center is set but slightly jiggly.
  10. Cool completely, then chill at least 4 hours.
  11. Drizzle glaze over the top before serving.

Notes

  • Use a water bath to prevent cracking and create a smoother texture.
  • Add a cream cheese frosting drizzle instead of powdered sugar glaze for extra richness.
  • Tastes even better the next day after chilling.
