Description
Cookie Dough Snickers & Reese’s Ice Cream is an indulgent homemade ice cream loaded with chunks of edible cookie dough, Snickers bars, Reese’s peanut butter cups, and a rich creamy base.
Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup edible cookie dough (egg-free)
- 2 Snickers bars, chopped
- 1 cup Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, chopped
- 1/4 cup chocolate syrup (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together heavy cream, milk, sugar, and vanilla extract until sugar is fully dissolved.
- Cover and refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes.
- Pour the chilled mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer’s instructions.
- During the last 5 minutes of churning, add cookie dough, chopped Snickers, and Reese’s pieces.
- Drizzle in chocolate syrup if using.
- Transfer ice cream to a freezer-safe container.
- Freeze for at least 3–4 hours until firm.
- Scoop and serve chilled.
Notes
- Always use edible cookie dough made without raw eggs.
- You can substitute candy bars with your favorites.
- Let ice cream sit at room temperature for a few minutes before scooping.
