Description

Cookie Dough Snickers & Reese’s Ice Cream is an indulgent homemade ice cream loaded with chunks of edible cookie dough, Snickers bars, Reese’s peanut butter cups, and a rich creamy base.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup edible cookie dough (egg-free)
  • 2 Snickers bars, chopped
  • 1 cup Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chocolate syrup (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together heavy cream, milk, sugar, and vanilla extract until sugar is fully dissolved.
  2. Cover and refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes.
  3. Pour the chilled mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer’s instructions.
  4. During the last 5 minutes of churning, add cookie dough, chopped Snickers, and Reese’s pieces.
  5. Drizzle in chocolate syrup if using.
  6. Transfer ice cream to a freezer-safe container.
  7. Freeze for at least 3–4 hours until firm.
  8. Scoop and serve chilled.

Notes

  • Always use edible cookie dough made without raw eggs.
  • You can substitute candy bars with your favorites.
  • Let ice cream sit at room temperature for a few minutes before scooping.
