Description

A cozy Greek-inspired roasted garlic spinach white pizza topped with creamy ricotta, mozzarella, feta, and tender spinach. This flavorful white pizza is rich, comforting, and perfect for a weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 1 whole head garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut the top off the garlic head, drizzle with olive oil, wrap in foil, and roast for 30-35 minutes until soft. Cool and squeeze out roasted garlic cloves.
  3. Roll out pizza dough onto a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  4. Spread ricotta evenly over the dough.
  5. Mash roasted garlic and distribute over ricotta layer.
  6. Top with mozzarella, feta, and fresh spinach.
  7. Sprinkle oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
  9. Slice and serve warm.
