Ingredients
- 1 cup whole-milk ricotta cheese
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp fresh orange zest
- 2–3 tbsp orange juice
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or canned)
- Fresh cranberries or mint for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, honey, vanilla extract, orange zest, and orange juice.
- Whip with a hand mixer or whisk vigorously for 2–3 minutes until light, smooth, and fluffy.
- Spoon whipped ricotta into a serving bowl.
- Warm cranberry sauce slightly if thick, then swirl or spoon it over the ricotta.
- Garnish with fresh cranberries or mint if desired.
- Serve with toast, crackers, pancakes, or enjoy as a light dessert.

- For extra fluffiness, whip the ricotta in a food processor for 1 minute.
