Description
A comforting and flavorful creamy garlic chicken ramen made with tender chicken, rich garlic cream broth, and ramen noodles for a quick and satisfying meal.
Ingredients
- 2 packs (6 oz each) ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 cup baby spinach (optional)
- 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add sliced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pot, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in heavy cream and soy sauce.
- Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and the broth thickens slightly.
- Return the cooked chicken to the pot and add spinach if using. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
- Add cooked ramen noodles and toss gently to coat in the creamy sauce.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and red pepper flakes before serving.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for a quicker preparation.
- Add mushrooms or corn for extra texture and flavor.
- Adjust cream quantity for a thinner or thicker broth.
- Best served fresh, but leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 2 days.
