Description

A comforting and flavorful creamy garlic chicken ramen made with tender chicken, rich garlic cream broth, and ramen noodles for a quick and satisfying meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 packs (6 oz each) ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 cup baby spinach (optional)
  • 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add sliced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pot, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in heavy cream and soy sauce.
  5. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and the broth thickens slightly.
  6. Return the cooked chicken to the pot and add spinach if using. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  7. Add cooked ramen noodles and toss gently to coat in the creamy sauce.
  8. Garnish with sliced green onions and red pepper flakes before serving.

Notes

  • Use rotisserie chicken for a quicker preparation.
  • Add mushrooms or corn for extra texture and flavor.
  • Adjust cream quantity for a thinner or thicker broth.
  • Best served fresh, but leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 2 days.
