Description

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 tsp dried Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Sear chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  5. Pour in chicken broth and simmer for 2 minutes, scraping the pan.
  6. Add heavy cream, parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Stir well.
  7. Simmer until sauce thickens slightly.
  8. Return chicken to the skillet and spoon sauce over the top.
  9. Cook for another 3–4 minutes until fully coated and heated through.
  10. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

  • Serve with pasta, rice, or mashed potatoes.
  • Do not overcook chicken to keep it juicy.
