Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup Olive Garden Italian dressing
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 12 oz penne pasta (for serving)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional garnish)
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Pour Olive Garden Italian dressing evenly over the chicken.
- Add softened cream cheese on top of the chicken.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and black pepper over everything.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 5–6 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours, until chicken is tender and cooked through.
- Shred the chicken in the slow cooker and stir well to combine with the creamy sauce.
- Meanwhile, cook penne pasta according to package directions; drain.
- Serve the creamy chicken over cooked pasta and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
