Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken (grilled, shredded, or rotisserie)
- 4 slices bacon, cooked until crispy and crumbled
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes (optional)
- 1/2 cup crispy fried onions or tortilla strips (for crunch)
- 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
- 1 tbsp butter or olive oil (for toasting, optional)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine cooked chicken, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, and shredded cheese. Mix until evenly coated.
- Lay tortillas flat on a clean surface. Divide the chicken mixture evenly among the tortillas, spreading it across the center.
- Top each with lettuce, diced tomatoes (if using), and crispy fried onions or tortilla strips for crunch.
- Fold in the sides and roll each tortilla tightly to form a wrap.
- Optional: Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly brush with butter or oil. Toast each wrap for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
- Slice in half and serve immediately with extra ranch on the side for dipping.
