Description

Crispy air fryer cheeseburger wraps filled with seasoned ground beef, melted cheese, and classic burger toppings, all wrapped in a soft tortilla for a quick and satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup diced pickles
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or cooking spray


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  3. Season the beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Drain excess grease if needed.
  4. Lay each tortilla flat and add a portion of the cooked beef to the center.
  5. Top with shredded cheddar cheese, diced onions, and pickles.
  6. Drizzle ketchup and mustard over the filling.
  7. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll tightly to form a wrap.
  8. Lightly brush or spray the wraps with olive oil.
  9. Place the wraps seam-side down in the air fryer basket.
  10. Air fry for 6–8 minutes until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through if needed.
  11. Remove from the air fryer, let cool slightly, then slice and serve.

Notes

  • Use lean ground beef to reduce excess grease.
  • You can substitute cheddar with American, mozzarella, or pepper jack cheese.
  • Add shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes after air frying for extra freshness.
