Description
Crispy air fryer cheeseburger wraps filled with seasoned ground beef, melted cheese, and classic burger toppings, all wrapped in a soft tortilla for a quick and satisfying meal.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup diced pickles
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Season the beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Drain excess grease if needed.
- Lay each tortilla flat and add a portion of the cooked beef to the center.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese, diced onions, and pickles.
- Drizzle ketchup and mustard over the filling.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll tightly to form a wrap.
- Lightly brush or spray the wraps with olive oil.
- Place the wraps seam-side down in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 6–8 minutes until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through if needed.
- Remove from the air fryer, let cool slightly, then slice and serve.
Notes
- Use lean ground beef to reduce excess grease.
- You can substitute cheddar with American, mozzarella, or pepper jack cheese.
- Add shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes after air frying for extra freshness.
- Serve with extra ketchup, mustard, or burger sauce for dipping.
