Description
A delicious stuffed garlic bread filled with juicy chicken, melted cheese, and flavorful garlic butter, baked until crispy on the outside and gooey inside.
Ingredients
- 1 large baguette or Italian bread loaf
- 2 cups (300g) cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
- 1 1/2 cups (150g) mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup (50g) cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 tablespoons (60g) unsalted butter, softened
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise (optional for creaminess)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Cut the bread lengthwise and hollow out some of the inside to create space for filling.
- In a bowl, mix butter, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, oregano, and chili flakes.
- Spread the garlic butter evenly on both halves of the bread.
- In another bowl, combine cooked chicken, mozzarella, cheddar, and mayonnaise.
- Stuff the chicken and cheese mixture into the bread.
- Close the bread and wrap it in foil.
- Bake for 10–15 minutes, then open the foil and bake for another 5 minutes until the top is crispy.
- Slice and serve hot.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for convenience and extra flavor.
- You can add sautéed mushrooms or bell peppers for variation.
- For extra crispiness, brush the top with more garlic butter before final baking.
- Serve with marinara or ranch dipping sauce.
