Description

A delicious stuffed garlic bread filled with juicy chicken, melted cheese, and flavorful garlic butter, baked until crispy on the outside and gooey inside.


Ingredients

  • 1 large baguette or Italian bread loaf
  • 2 cups (300g) cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
  • 1 1/2 cups (150g) mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup (50g) cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 4 tablespoons (60g) unsalted butter, softened
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise (optional for creaminess)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Cut the bread lengthwise and hollow out some of the inside to create space for filling.
  3. In a bowl, mix butter, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, oregano, and chili flakes.
  4. Spread the garlic butter evenly on both halves of the bread.
  5. In another bowl, combine cooked chicken, mozzarella, cheddar, and mayonnaise.
  6. Stuff the chicken and cheese mixture into the bread.
  7. Close the bread and wrap it in foil.
  8. Bake for 10–15 minutes, then open the foil and bake for another 5 minutes until the top is crispy.
  9. Slice and serve hot.

Notes

  • Use rotisserie chicken for convenience and extra flavor.
  • You can add sautéed mushrooms or bell peppers for variation.
  • For extra crispiness, brush the top with more garlic butter before final baking.
  • Serve with marinara or ranch dipping sauce.
