Description

Soft, golden biscuit bombs stuffed with juicy cheeseburger filling, brushed with garlic butter, and topped with Parmesan — a bite-sized twist on the classic burger that’s perfect for parties or easy dinners.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450g) ground beef
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 8 slices cheddar or American cheese, cut into quarters
  • 1 can (16 oz/450g) refrigerated biscuit dough or pizza dough
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
  • Pickles, ketchup, or burger sauce (optional, for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and onions until browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat.
  3. Season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Let cool slightly.
  4. Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch circle. Place a spoonful of beef mixture and two small cheese squares in the center.
  5. Fold the dough around the filling, pinching edges tightly to seal. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  6. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Brush each bomb generously with the garlic-Parmesan butter mixture.
  8. Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
  9. Brush with any remaining garlic butter after baking and sprinkle with parsley if desired.
  10. Serve warm with ketchup, burger sauce, or garlic dip.

Notes

  • For extra cheesiness, add a little shredded mozzarella inside each bomb.
  • You can use homemade dough if preferred.
  • Perfect for meal prep — reheat in the oven or air fryer for best texture.
