Ingredients
- 1 lb (450g) ground beef
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 8 slices cheddar or American cheese, cut into quarters
- 1 can (16 oz/450g) refrigerated biscuit dough or pizza dough
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
- Pickles, ketchup, or burger sauce (optional, for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and onions until browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat.
- Season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Let cool slightly.
- Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch circle. Place a spoonful of beef mixture and two small cheese squares in the center.
- Fold the dough around the filling, pinching edges tightly to seal. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and Parmesan cheese.
- Brush each bomb generously with the garlic-Parmesan butter mixture.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
- Brush with any remaining garlic butter after baking and sprinkle with parsley if desired.
- Serve warm with ketchup, burger sauce, or garlic dip.
Notes
- For extra cheesiness, add a little shredded mozzarella inside each bomb.
- You can use homemade dough if preferred.
- Perfect for meal prep — reheat in the oven or air fryer for best texture.
