Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburgers are juicy, flavorful burgers infused with garlic butter and topped with melted Parmesan, mozzarella, and a creamy garlic aioli. Served on toasted buns, they’re rich, savory, and packed with cheesy, garlicky goodness — a gourmet twist on the classic cheeseburger.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs ground beef (80/20 blend recommended)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 slices mozzarella or provolone cheese
- 4 brioche or hamburger buns, toasted
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for cooking)
- For the Garlic Aioli:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic, finely minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, caramelized onions, or crispy bacon
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, melted butter, and grated Parmesan. Mix gently — do not overwork the meat.
- Form into 4 equal patties, about 3/4 inch thick. Press a small indentation in the center of each patty to prevent puffing during cooking.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook burgers for 4–5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.
- During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of mozzarella or provolone cheese on each patty and cover the pan to melt.
- Meanwhile, mix together mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, Parmesan, salt, and pepper to make the garlic aioli.
- Spread aioli on the toasted buns, then assemble burgers with your desired toppings and the cooked patties.
- Serve immediately, with extra aioli on the side for dipping.
