Description

Greek Roasted Garlic Spinach White Pizza Delight is a Mediterranean-inspired pizza topped with creamy white sauce, roasted garlic, fresh spinach, feta, mozzarella, and a drizzle of olive oil. It’s rich, garlicky, and loaded with savory Greek flavors — perfect for pizza night with a gourmet twist.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil, divided
  • 1 whole garlic bulb
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream (or milk)
  • 2 cups fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh basil or parsley, for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). Line a baking sheet or pizza stone with parchment paper.
  2. Slice the top off the garlic bulb, drizzle with 1 tablespoon olive oil, wrap in foil, and roast in the oven for 30 minutes until soft and caramelized. Allow to cool slightly, then squeeze out the roasted cloves.
  3. Meanwhile, in a small skillet, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil over medium heat. Add spinach and sauté for 1–2 minutes until wilted. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Set aside.
  4. In a bowl, mix ricotta, roasted garlic, Parmesan, heavy cream, oregano, and a bit of salt and pepper to make the white sauce.
  5. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to desired thickness and transfer to prepared pan.
  6. Spread the garlic-ricotta sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border for the crust.
  7. Top with sautéed spinach, mozzarella, and feta cheese. Sprinkle with crushed red pepper flakes if using.
  8. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
  9. Remove from oven, drizzle lightly with olive oil, and garnish with fresh basil or parsley before slicing and serving.
