Ingredients
- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1 cup shredded sweetened coconut
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
- 1 cup chopped pecans or macadamia nuts (optional)
- 1/2 cup maraschino cherries, halved (optional)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine crushed pineapple with its juice, coconut, and mini marshmallows.
- Stir in the sweetened condensed milk until well combined.
- Fold in the whipped topping gently until the mixture is fluffy and smooth.
- Add nuts and cherries if desired.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to blend.
