Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1/3 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp whole grain mustard (optional)
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- In a bowl, whisk Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, garlic, and whole grain mustard.
- Place chicken in the baking dish and pour the sauce over the top.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes or until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Spoon sauce over chicken before serving and garnish with fresh parsley.
