Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1/3 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp whole grain mustard (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. In a bowl, whisk Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, garlic, and whole grain mustard.
  4. Place chicken in the baking dish and pour the sauce over the top.
  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Spoon sauce over chicken before serving and garnish with fresh parsley.
