Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
- 4 large flour tortillas or wraps
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup sliced cucumbers
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and grated ginger to make the honey sesame dressing.
- Add the shredded chicken to the bowl and mix well so the chicken is evenly coated with the dressing.
- Stir in sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
- Lay each tortilla flat and add a layer of shredded lettuce in the center.
- Top with the honey sesame chicken mixture.
- Add shredded carrots and sliced cucumbers.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll tightly into a wrap.
- Slice in half if desired and serve immediately.
