Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (optional, for greasing)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish with olive oil or cooking spray.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish, ensuring they are evenly spaced out.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the Caesar dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and half of the Parmesan cheese. Mix until well combined.
  4. Spread the Caesar dressing mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast.
  5. In another small bowl, mix the panko breadcrumbs and the remaining Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle this breadcrumb mixture over the chicken breasts.
  6. Bake the chicken for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the top is golden and crispy.
  7. Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving, if desired.
