- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil (optional, for greasing)
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish with olive oil or cooking spray.
- Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish, ensuring they are evenly spaced out.
- In a small bowl, combine the Caesar dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and half of the Parmesan cheese. Mix until well combined.
- Spread the Caesar dressing mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast.
- In another small bowl, mix the panko breadcrumbs and the remaining Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle this breadcrumb mixture over the chicken breasts.
- Bake the chicken for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the top is golden and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving, if desired.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add a squeeze of lemon juice over the chicken before serving.
- This recipe can be made with chicken thighs instead of chicken breasts for a juicier option.
- Serve this dish with a side of roasted vegetables or a simple salad to complete the meal.
