Ingredients
- 12 oz pasta (fettuccine, penne, or rotini)
- 8 oz bacon, chopped
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 garlic cloves, minced

- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Salt, to taste

- Stir in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Add Parmesan (and mozzarella if using), stirring until the sauce becomes thick and creamy.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Return cooked pasta and most of the bacon to the skillet; toss to coat evenly.
- Top with remaining bacon and garnish with parsley or chives before serving.
Notes
- Add grilled chicken or shrimp for extra protein.
- Use half-and-half instead of cream for a lighter version.
- Stir in spinach or peas for added color and nutrients.
