Description

Loaded Nacho Dip Cups are individual layered appetizers packed with creamy refried beans, seasoned sour cream, guacamole, salsa, cheese, and fresh toppings — perfect for parties, game nights, or snack platters.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (16 oz) refried beans
  • 1 packet taco seasoning mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup guacamole
  • 1 cup salsa or pico de gallo
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
  • Tortilla chips, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix refried beans with half of the taco seasoning until well combined. Set aside.
  2. In another bowl, mix sour cream with the remaining taco seasoning.
  3. Set out 8–10 small clear plastic or glass cups (about 5–6 oz each).
  4. Layer each cup with 2 tablespoons of the seasoned refried beans at the bottom.
  5. Add 2 tablespoons of the seasoned sour cream, followed by 2 tablespoons of guacamole.
  6. Spoon 2 tablespoons of salsa or pico de gallo on top of the guacamole.
  7. Sprinkle each cup with shredded cheese, diced tomatoes, black olives, green onions, and cilantro.
  8. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
  9. Serve with tortilla chips for dipping or scooping.

Notes

  • Can be made up to 8 hours ahead — just cover and refrigerate until serving.
  • Use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream for a lighter option.
  • Swap refried beans for black beans for extra texture.
  • Customize toppings — add jalapeños, corn, or diced avocado.
