Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish.
- Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired, and serve hot.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, you can broil the chicken for an additional 2-3 minutes at the end of baking.
