Description

Mini Beef Cheeseburgers are bite-sized, juicy beef patties topped with melted cheese and served in soft buns, perfect for parties, snacks, or casual meals. They are easy to make and always a crowd-pleaser.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef (80% lean)
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 12 mini burger buns
  • 12 slices cheddar cheese (or your favorite cheese)
  • Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, pickles, ketchup, mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill or a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the ground beef, chopped onion, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Form the beef mixture into 12 small patties, making a small indentation in the center of each to help them cook evenly.
  4. Cook the mini patties for about 3–4 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
  5. During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheese on each patty and cover with a lid to melt the cheese.
  6. While the patties are cooking, lightly toast the mini buns on the grill or in a toaster.
  7. Assemble the mini burgers by placing a cooked patty with cheese on each bun. Add your desired toppings, such as lettuce, tomato, pickles, ketchup, and mustard.
  8. Serve immediately while hot and enjoy!

Notes

  • Feel free to use any cheese you like, such as American, Swiss, or pepper jack.
  • If making for a crowd, keep the mini burgers warm in the oven while preparing other batches.
  • For extra flavor, consider adding a bit of bacon or sautéed onions as toppings.
