Description
Mini Beef Cheeseburgers are bite-sized, juicy beef patties topped with melted cheese and served in soft buns, perfect for parties, snacks, or casual meals. They are easy to make and always a crowd-pleaser.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef (80% lean)
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 12 mini burger buns
- 12 slices cheddar cheese (or your favorite cheese)
- Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, pickles, ketchup, mustard
Instructions
- Preheat the grill or a skillet over medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix together the ground beef, chopped onion, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Form the beef mixture into 12 small patties, making a small indentation in the center of each to help them cook evenly.
- Cook the mini patties for about 3–4 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
- During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheese on each patty and cover with a lid to melt the cheese.
- While the patties are cooking, lightly toast the mini buns on the grill or in a toaster.
- Assemble the mini burgers by placing a cooked patty with cheese on each bun. Add your desired toppings, such as lettuce, tomato, pickles, ketchup, and mustard.
- Serve immediately while hot and enjoy!
Notes
- Feel free to use any cheese you like, such as American, Swiss, or pepper jack.
- If making for a crowd, keep the mini burgers warm in the oven while preparing other batches.
- For extra flavor, consider adding a bit of bacon or sautéed onions as toppings.
