Ingredients
- 20 cherry tomatoes
- 20 mini mozzarella balls (bocconcini or ciliegine)
- 20 fresh basil leaves
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic glaze (or reduction)
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 20 small skewers or toothpicks
Instructions
- Assemble the skewers by threading one cherry tomato, one basil leaf (folded if large), and one mozzarella ball onto each skewer.
- Arrange all the skewers on a serving platter.
- Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
- Season lightly with salt and freshly cracked black pepper.
- Serve immediately, or refrigerate for up to 4 hours before serving.
