Ingredients
- 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs (plus extra for coating)
- 1/2 cup white or milk chocolate chips (optional for coating)

- Sprinkles, crushed nuts, or cocoa powder (optional toppings)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls using your hands or a small cookie scoop.
- Place the cheesecake balls on a parchment-lined tray and freeze for 20–30 minutes to firm up.
- Optional: Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second intervals until smooth.
- Dip chilled cheesecake balls in melted chocolate or roll them in graham cracker crumbs, cocoa, sprinkles, or nuts.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to set.
Notes
- Use flavored cream cheese (like strawberry or chocolate) for a fun twist.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
- Perfect for holiday platters or party favors.
- Add crushed cookies (like Oreos) for an extra decadent variation.
