Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix well until the texture resembles wet sand.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a serving dish or pan to create the crust. Refrigerate for 15 minutes to set.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese and mix until well combined.
  5. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  6. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until light and fluffy.
  7. Spread half of the creamy mixture over the chilled crust.
  8. Add a layer of sliced strawberries over the cream layer.
  9. Spread the remaining cream mixture on top and finish with more strawberries.
  10. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the dessert to set.
