Description
A refreshing no-bake dessert made with layers of graham crackers, creamy whipped filling, and fresh strawberries. Perfect for warm days when you want a sweet treat without turning on the oven.
Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix well until the texture resembles wet sand.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a serving dish or pan to create the crust. Refrigerate for 15 minutes to set.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese and mix until well combined.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until light and fluffy.
- Spread half of the creamy mixture over the chilled crust.
- Add a layer of sliced strawberries over the cream layer.
- Spread the remaining cream mixture on top and finish with more strawberries.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the dessert to set.
Notes
- You can substitute graham crackers with digestive biscuits or vanilla wafers.
- For extra flavor, drizzle strawberry syrup or melted white chocolate on top.
- Make sure the cream cheese is softened to avoid lumps in the filling.
