Description

Nutella Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookies are thick, soft cookies with a gooey Nutella center—perfectly rich, decadent, and irresistible for chocolate lovers.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Nutella (frozen in spoonfuls)
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment and drop small spoonfuls of Nutella onto it. Freeze for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a cookie sheet.
  3. Cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
  5. Whisk flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt, then add to wet mixture.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips.
  7. Take a scoop of cookie dough, flatten it, place a frozen Nutella center inside, and wrap dough around it to seal.
  8. Place cookies on the sheet and bake 11–13 minutes until edges are golden.
  9. Cool slightly before serving to enjoy the gooey center.

Notes

  • Freezing Nutella is crucial so it stays in the center while baking.
  • Chill dough for thicker cookies.
  • Add sea salt on top for a sweet–salty finish.
