Description
Nutella Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookies are thick, soft cookies with a gooey Nutella center—perfectly rich, decadent, and irresistible for chocolate lovers.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Nutella (frozen in spoonfuls)
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment and drop small spoonfuls of Nutella onto it. Freeze for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a cookie sheet.
- Cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy.
- Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
- Whisk flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt, then add to wet mixture.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Take a scoop of cookie dough, flatten it, place a frozen Nutella center inside, and wrap dough around it to seal.
- Place cookies on the sheet and bake 11–13 minutes until edges are golden.
- Cool slightly before serving to enjoy the gooey center.
Notes
- Freezing Nutella is crucial so it stays in the center while baking.
- Chill dough for thicker cookies.
- Add sea salt on top for a sweet–salty finish.
