Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked chicken, finely chopped or shredded
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup celery, finely diced
- 2 tbsp sweet pickle relish
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, add the chopped or shredded cooked chicken.
- Add the mayonnaise, celery, sweet pickle relish, and Dijon mustard.
- Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Stir gently until all ingredients are well combined and evenly coated.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and a sprinkle of paprika before serving, if desired.

- For a more traditional texture, finely chop the chicken instead of shredding it.
