Description

A simple, comforting one-pot creamy garlic pasta made by simmering noodles directly in a rich garlic-infused broth until tender and coated in a velvety sauce.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz (225 g) pasta of choice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 cup milk or cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt (to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp chili flakes (optional)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  2. Add pasta, vegetable broth, and milk/cream to the pot and stir.
  3. Bring to a simmer and cook uncovered, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender and liquid has reduced into a creamy sauce.
  4. Stir in butter and Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

Notes

  • Adjust liquid as needed depending on pasta shape.
  • For extra creaminess, add more Parmesan or a splash of cream at the end.
  • Use gluten-free pasta if preferred.
