Description
A creamy, indulgent pie made with a decadent combination of Oreo cookies, peanut butter, and cream cheese, topped with whipped cream and more crushed Oreos.
Ingredients
- 24 Oreo cookies, crushed
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup whipped cream for topping
- Additional crushed Oreos for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor or by hand until fine crumbs form.
- Mix the crushed Oreos with melted butter and press the mixture into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then remove and let cool.
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth and creamy.
- Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract and continue beating until fully combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the peanut butter mixture.
- Spread the peanut butter mixture over the cooled Oreo crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
- Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
- Before serving, top with whipped cream and additional crushed Oreos for garnish.

- You can use smooth or crunchy peanut butter based on preference.

- If you prefer a sweeter pie, add more powdered sugar to the peanut butter filling.
