Description

A creamy, indulgent pie made with a decadent combination of Oreo cookies, peanut butter, and cream cheese, topped with whipped cream and more crushed Oreos.


Ingredients

  • 24 Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream for topping
  • Additional crushed Oreos for topping


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor or by hand until fine crumbs form.
  3. Mix the crushed Oreos with melted butter and press the mixture into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust.
  4. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then remove and let cool.
  5. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth and creamy.
  6. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract and continue beating until fully combined.
  7. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the peanut butter mixture.
  8. Spread the peanut butter mixture over the cooled Oreo crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  9. Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
  10. Before serving, top with whipped cream and additional crushed Oreos for garnish.
