Description

A festive twist on the classic espresso martini, infused with refreshing peppermint and rich coffee flavor.


Ingredients

  • 2 oz vodka
  • 1 oz coffee liqueur (such as Kahlúa)
  • 1 oz freshly brewed espresso, cooled
  • 1/2 oz peppermint schnapps
  • Ice
  • Crushed candy cane, for rim (optional)
  • Whipped cream or coffee beans, for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. If desired, rim the martini glass with crushed candy cane by dipping the rim in simple syrup then crushed candy.
  2. Add vodka, coffee liqueur, espresso, and peppermint schnapps to a shaker filled with ice.
  3. Shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds until well chilled and frothy.
  4. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
  5. Garnish with whipped cream or coffee beans, if desired.

Notes

  • Use freshly brewed espresso for the best crema.
  • Adjust peppermint schnapps to taste if you prefer a stronger or lighter mint flavor.
