Description
Pepperoni Pizza Rollups are a quick, cheesy, kid-friendly snack made by rolling pepperoni and cheese inside soft tortillas or crescent dough, then baking until golden and melty.
Ingredients
- 4 large flour tortillas (or 1 can crescent roll dough)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/3 cup pizza sauce (plus extra for dipping)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp melted butter (optional for brushing)
- 1 tbsp grated Parmesan (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Lay tortillas flat and spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over each one.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and arrange pepperoni evenly over the top.
- Roll each tortilla tightly into a log, then slice into 1-inch pieces.
- Place rollups cut-side up on the baking sheet.
- Optional: Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan and Italian seasoning.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until cheese is melted and edges are golden.
- Serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping.

- Use crescent roll dough for a fluffier, bread-like rollup.
- Add veggies like bell peppers or olives for variety.
