Description

Pepperoni Pizza Rollups are an easy and fun snack made with pizza dough rolled up with pepperoni, cheese, and marinara sauce, then baked until golden and melty.


Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup marinara or pizza sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2024 slices pepperoni
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Optional: grated Parmesan cheese for topping


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll the pizza dough onto a lightly floured surface and gently stretch into a rectangle.
  3. Spread marinara sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
  5. Arrange pepperoni slices over the cheese and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  6. Roll the dough tightly from the long side into a log.
  7. Slice into 1-inch pieces and place cut-side up on the baking sheet.
  8. Brush tops lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with Parmesan if desired.
  9. Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  10. Cool slightly and serve warm with extra marinara for dipping.
