Description
A cozy and flavorful potsticker soup made with tender dumplings, vegetables, and a savory broth—ready in just 25 minutes.
Ingredients
- 12–16 frozen potstickers (pork, chicken, or vegetable)
- 6 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add carrots and mushrooms and cook for 3–4 minutes until slightly softened.
- Pour in the broth and soy sauce. Bring to a gentle boil.
- Add the frozen potstickers and cook for 6–8 minutes or until fully heated and tender.
- Stir in baby spinach and green onions. Cook for 1 more minute until wilted.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve warm.
Notes
- Use vegetable potstickers and veggie broth to make it fully vegetarian.
- Add chili oil or sriracha for a spicy version.
- For extra richness, stir in a splash of coconut milk.
