Description

Quick baked pizza wraps made with tortillas filled with pizza sauce, melted cheese, and favorite toppings, baked until golden and crispy for an easy snack or meal.


Ingredients

  • 6 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup cooked sausage or cooked vegetables (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or melted butter


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Lay tortillas flat and spread pizza sauce evenly over each one.
  3. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  4. Add pepperoni and any additional toppings if using.
  5. Sprinkle oregano and basil over the fillings.
  6. Roll the tortillas tightly into wraps and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  7. Brush the tops lightly with olive oil or melted butter.
  8. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  9. Remove from oven, let cool slightly, then serve warm.

Notes

  • Serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
  • You can customize fillings with mushrooms, olives, or bell peppers.
