Description
Quick baked pizza wraps made with tortillas filled with pizza sauce, melted cheese, and favorite toppings, baked until golden and crispy for an easy snack or meal.
Ingredients
- 6 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/2 cup cooked sausage or cooked vegetables (optional)
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Lay tortillas flat and spread pizza sauce evenly over each one.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Add pepperoni and any additional toppings if using.
- Sprinkle oregano and basil over the fillings.
- Roll the tortillas tightly into wraps and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Brush the tops lightly with olive oil or melted butter.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- Remove from oven, let cool slightly, then serve warm.
Notes
- Serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
- You can customize fillings with mushrooms, olives, or bell peppers.
- Best enjoyed fresh but can be reheated in the oven or air fryer.
