Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups crushed Ritz crackers
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
- Crush the Ritz crackers into fine crumbs and place in a shallow bowl. Mix in Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken breast into the melted butter, coating completely.
- Press the butter-coated chicken into the Ritz mixture, ensuring all sides are well coated.
- Place coated chicken breasts in the baking dish.
- Drizzle any remaining butter over the top for extra crispiness.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and coating is golden brown.

- For extra flavor, add Italian seasoning to the cracker mixture.
- Use chicken tenders instead of breasts for faster cooking.
