Description

Seafood Lasagna with Shrimp and Crab Bliss is a luxurious baked pasta dish layered with tender shrimp, sweet crab meat, creamy white sauce, lasagna noodles, and melted cheese for an elegant and comforting meal.


Ingredients

  • 9 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled, deveined, and chopped
  • 1 cup crab meat (lump or claw)
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions; set aside.
  3. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat, add flour, and whisk for 1 minute.
  4. Gradually whisk in milk and cook until thickened to form a white sauce.
  5. Add garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the sauce.
  6. Stir shrimp into the sauce and cook for 2–3 minutes until just pink.
  7. Gently fold in crab meat and remove from heat.
  8. In a greased baking dish, spread a thin layer of sauce.
  9. Layer noodles, ricotta, seafood sauce, and mozzarella; repeat layers.
  10. Finish with remaining sauce, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
  11. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  12. Uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  13. Garnish with parsley, rest 10 minutes, then slice and serve.

Notes

  • Do not overcook shrimp before baking to keep them tender.
  • Use fresh or high-quality canned crab for best flavor.
