Ingredients
- 9 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled, deveined, and chopped

- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 3 cups milk
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions; set aside.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat, add flour, and whisk for 1 minute.
- Gradually whisk in milk and cook until thickened to form a white sauce.
- Add garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the sauce.
- Stir shrimp into the sauce and cook for 2–3 minutes until just pink.
- Gently fold in crab meat and remove from heat.
- In a greased baking dish, spread a thin layer of sauce.
- Layer noodles, ricotta, seafood sauce, and mozzarella; repeat layers.
- Finish with remaining sauce, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with parsley, rest 10 minutes, then slice and serve.

- Do not overcook shrimp before baking to keep them tender.
- Use fresh or high-quality canned crab for best flavor.
