Description

Slow Cooker Pineapple BBQ Meatballs are sweet, tangy, and savory—juicy meatballs simmered in a delicious pineapple-infused barbecue sauce. Perfect for parties, appetizers, or an easy family dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 bag (32 oz) frozen meatballs
  • 1 bottle (18 oz) barbecue sauce
  • 1 can (20 oz) pineapple chunks with juice
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar (optional for extra sweetness)
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place frozen meatballs into the slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, mix barbecue sauce, pineapple chunks with juice, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder.
  3. Pour sauce mixture over the meatballs and stir to coat evenly.
  4. Cook on LOW for 4–6 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours.
  5. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

  • Great served over rice, mashed potatoes, or as an appetizer with toothpicks.
  • Use chicken or turkey meatballs for a lighter version.
  • Add bell peppers for extra flavor and color.
